A service department is the ICT Center. Other Maseno University departments can utilize the Center's services without paying any fees or "Level of Effort."

The following services are provided by the Center:

1. The creation and deployment of information systems
2. Network and communication infrastructure services
3. Services for User Support and Maintenance
4. R&D, innovation, and consulting

On the international front, the ICT Center has communicated with Microsoft, Google, Zoom, Cisco, HP, Oracle, Pluralsight, and Huawei on behalf of the university.

For an 8-week period, CISCO ICT offers certification training; it costs Ksh 15,000 for Maseno University students and employees and Ksh 25,000 for everyone else.

The ICT Center also offers server hosting services to partner organizations, UNES consultancies, and academic research initiatives. Monthly charges for virtual servers start at Ksh 12,000 per month.
