Our department sets up and maintains university corporate email addresses. Mail accounts that have been specially designed for the Maseno University community are known as corporate email accounts. These emails are used for staff and student official communication within the university. Additionally, we produce emails for executive offices, schools, departments, chairs, sections, etc.

While staff and other emails are established on our major domain name (@maseno.ac.ke), student corporate emails are created on our secondary domain name (@student.maseno.ac.ke). Our students' email addresses are changed to alumni accounts (@alumni.maseno.ac.ke) once they graduate.
